In layman's terms, it's a set of computer programs that can be trained to perform tasks based on such trainment.

You can use any 3D enabled device, such as TVs, screens, cellphones and tablets, as long as they are 3D enabled (some are glasses free while others require to wear special glasses). You can also use any screen with anaglyph (Red/Cyan) glasses.

All you need is a computer, cellphone or tablet that is connected to the Internet. Our system is entirely cloud based so all processing happens on our side.

Every single 2D image or video includes 2 axis, the X axis which provides the width and the Y axis which provides the height. In 3D there's an additional axis known as the Z axis, which includes depth. Since we take 2D content and convert it to 3D, we're adding the Z axis, that's why we proudly say 'We add the Z!'

Yes, absolutely. Just go to the 'My Subscriptions' section within your account panel and cancel the current subscription. Your account will remain active for the current billing period and we will stop any future charges to your account.

Sure, if you're upgrading, we will make a one-time charge to adjust the account based on the prorated difference. If you're downgrading, the downgrade will take place at your next renewal date.

You can upload your original files in JPEG, BMP, PNG or GIF. We're working to add more input file formats support in the near future.

Our system will deliver high-quality JPEG files with minimum quality loss.

Absolutely, our system will default to the same resolution as the original file, but you can always specify a lower resolution if needed (upscaling is not supported).

Our system will try to convert your file, but keep in mind that our AI engine is trained using 'real' footage, so it might not completely understand or figure out the depth on non-realistic images. We've successfully converted some CGIs and abstract NFTs, but we can't guarantee that the resulting file will have the expected depth.

We value your privacy, that's why every single image is securely stored after it's uploaded or processed by our system. No one but you will have access to your files (unless you share a Store and Share link with them). However keep in mind that our AI system is trained to detect illegal or potentially illegal images and those are reported to our staff immediately.

No, the P3D process requires some motion, therefore it can only be applied to videos.

P3D uses a completely different process, instead of actually converting the video, we 'fool' your brain into thinking that there's depth in the video, even though there isn't. Since it doesn't involve any AI, the resources used by our system to do a P3D conversion are way less than with AI and we pass on those savings to you!.
